1. 📦 For Digital Services (Video Editing & Meta Ads)
At Digiup Solution, we do not offer refunds for service-based projects (such as video editing or paid ad campaigns), once the work has started or been delivered.
However, our team is committed to delivering high-quality results. If you are unsatisfied with any part of the service, we encourage open communication so we can revise or improve based on your feedback within the agreed project scope.
Note: Cancellations before the project kick-off will be considered on a case-by-case basis, and only partial refunds may be issued depending on resource allocation.
2. 🎓 For Online Courses & Digital Products
We offer a performance-based refund guarantee for our paid online courses (e.g., “The Six-Figure Remote Agency in 24 Weeks”).
If you meet all the following conditions, and still don’t get the committed result within the promised timeframe, you are eligible for a full refund:
✅ Refund Eligibility Criteria:
- You’ve completed 100% of the course content
- You’ve implemented all actionable steps as taught
- You’ve submitted the required proof of execution (as per instructions inside the course)
- You’ve reached out for support during your journey and given us a chance to assist
- You did not see the promised result (e.g., ₹1L/month agency) within the stated timeframe (e.g., 24 weeks)
If all criteria are met, we’ll be happy to refund your full amount—no questions asked.
⛔ Partial course progress, non-implementation, or missed deadlines do not qualify for a refund.
3. 📅 Cancellation Requests
For services:
- You may request cancellation before work begins.
- After confirmation and kickoff, cancellation will not be eligible for a refund.
For courses:
- Cancellations are not permitted once course access has been granted.
4. ⏳ Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
