- Social media marketing is a long-term strategy; hence, no refunds are provided, whether you remain consistent for 30 days or 3 days.
- For optimal results, clients are encouraged to follow the agreed-upon plan consistently.
3. Client Responsibilities and Consistency
We reserve the right to terminate any contract if the client fails to remain consistent in their participation or package plan. Consistency and collaboration are crucial to achieving desired results.
4. Dispute Resolution and Alternatives
- In cases of dissatisfaction, Digiup Solution will work with clients to explore alternative services or make adjustments to ensure mutual satisfaction.
- Refunds will not be issued but substituted with services of equivalent value.
5. Termination of Contract
Digiup Solution reserves the right to terminate the contract and halt services if the client:
- Fails to provide required assets, approvals, or content in a timely manner.
- Does not follow the agreed strategy and timelines.
